Cyrus M. Todd, sentenced two years ago to the State Reformatory for murdering his wife near Advance, is likely to be paroled. Reformatory officers praise him as among the best prisoners and note he is trusted with outside work such as driving carriages and wagons. He is completing his second year of confinement.
