Linnsburg will open the Linnsburg State Bank within forty to fifty days in a central Linnsburg building. Capital stock is set at 25000 dollars and plans include moving into the former First National Bank furnishings from Gascarsdsville. Local residents have long needed a bank and the charter will be received later this week. Henry Potts and family from Lebanon visited Rhet Potts and wife over the weekend.

An elderly couple described as gypsies were in a road accident near New Winchester last Thursday. The woman, 82, suffered a fractured shoulder blade and received care from Dr. H. A.
