The state board of agriculture in a recent meeting approved a plan to invite absent Indianaans to return for home-coming week. Extensive advertising will run and railroads may offer reduced fares. Details are pending as arrangements begin.

Mauua Laura, one year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Arthur C McLaughlin of near New Ross, died Saturday and was buried Sunday. The funeral was conducted by Reverend Hal and interment was at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
