Cassopolis Michigan September 30 Judge Harsen Dr. Smith formerly of the state board of pardons was returning from Chicago on a Grand Trunk passenger train when a shot was fired through the car window grazing his eye. The train halted but no culprit was found. Fire tragedy in Braddock tenement kitchen
