Jury Reaches Guilty Verdict in Baldwin Case

At 1 30 this afternoon the jury reported their verdict in the Baldwin trial. After questions from Clerk Kline the foreman William R. Smith of Blissfield announced the respondent was guilty on 35 counts. Attorney Sampson asked for forty days to file exceptions and appeal to the supreme court. Judge Lauree Lockwood granted the delay. Prosecution stated sentences would be set upon the court’s plea.
