In Saulte Ste Marie Michigan in October 1923 the Consolidated Lake Superior company property including pulp mills and veneer works was surrendered to Speyer & Co. The directors resigned. Benjamin F. Negro Murderer Believed to Have Killed Lady Near Normandy
Police think the Kate Lauman murder mystery near Normandy, Missouri, is partly solved by the suicide of suspect John Williams in Clayton jail after admission of innocence.
