Forged checks hint of youth from town’s boy
James MacAnally a ten year old boy forged and passed two bogus checks Friday night. He drew pay from the American Fuse company and claimed he could cash a $10 note with $8 change. He also forged a check at a clothing store and another at a meat market but was not always paid. Police have not located him. The boy, son of respected parents, previously served time in Ionia for larceny. His father, a hard working man, is heartbroken by his son’s actions. Davison Man Held After Richfield Fatal Blow
