Justice Fisher of Blissfield presided Friday as William Kronokee and Herman Miller were bound over to the circuit court in 500 bail. Irving Pearse was discharged. Barry Clemmens arraigned for forgery over larceny of an overcoat. While employed by Mr Ford at Blissfield he forged a check, got 3.50 from R G White hardware man, and also bound over to circuit term. Ea Crowe of Addison pleaded guilty as a disorderly person and received ten days in jail. Frank L Mergy waived examination and, in default of recognizance, was committed to jail awaiting trial.

Affiliating with University of Chicago the plan aims to revolutionize western athletics with a broad effect beyond Chicago. Delegates from Illinois Indiana Michigan Wisconsin Iowa Missouri Nebraska and Colorado attended.
