Home show opens in Adrian Armory

The Kiwanis Manufacturers Home and Sport Show opens at 1 p.m. for its ninth year in Adrian. More than 50 booths fill both floors of the armory as Mahlon Gray, the general chairman, states hours are 1 to 9 p.m. today through Sunday. The Women's Benefits Association runs the concession. The General Telephone exhibit, a long trailer named Tel-e-yan, debuts here with live hookups and varied equipment. Electricity is supplied by a four wheel drive truck pulling the trailer.

Police pay padding charge prompts signed statements
