31 Adrian College Seniors Earn Degrees at 83rd Commencement
At Adrian College Downs Hall the 83rd commencement saw 31 seniors receive bachelor of arts and science degrees. Four honorary degrees were conferred by Dr. Samuel J. Harrison, including three honorary doctor of divinity awards to Babitt, Daugherty Jr., and Harrison, plus a surprise doctor of business administration for C. Ritchie. Magna cum laude honors went to Mercia Hoisington, with cum laude to Rink and Twiss and Norma Reed. Degrees were awarded to many Adrian graduates and several non Adri an natives.
