Medina Church Reunion Draws 200 at Mrs Kiefer Home
Morenci Michigan August 21 survivors of the old Congregational church in Medina gathered at Mrs Martha Kiefer’s home for the eleventh reunion. More than two hundred attendees enjoyed a day of reminiscence with prayers, songs, poems, and a necrology list. Officers were elected to continue the reunions with plans to meet again in 1906.

The Snow Plow Invention Claim by Samuel Holyoke
A resident of Agran claims Samuel G. Holyoke pioneered the snow plow used on railroads. Patented January 21, 1856 as No. 14169, the design features a rotary blower with knives, driven independently to sweep the track width, mounted ahead of a box car and reoriented to catch wind.
