Sports Inc of Cincinnati has acquired Faraday Electric of Adrian. The new Sperti Faraday subsidiary will expand the plant to about 35,000 square feet in Brown Fence Co buildings. Faraday assets estimated at about 1.5 million dollars, with 300 workers and an expected 100 more by fall.
