John S Michener Dies in Ann Arbor Leader and Prosecutor
John S. Michener 35 longtime civic leader and assistant prosecutor in Adrian died after a two week illness in University Hospital Ann Arbor. Son of Rep Earl C Michener his death ends a noted public career begun in 1933. He held many local posts including Salvation Army board member and Community Fund chairman. He attended Michigan Law School and practiced in his father's firm after 1954. He was born January 17 1907 in Adrian and resided at 340 South Main Street.
