West Ardmore attorney and former member of the Oklahoma supreme court commission died at his home 821 West Broadway Ardmore after a period of illness He was born November 8 1871 in Fannin county Texas and moved to the Indian Territory before statehood serving as Lehigh mayor and later judge of the seventh judicial district He came to Ardmore in 1915 formed a law partnership and was appointed to the supreme court commission in 1916 Burial was at Rose Hill cemetery He had recently returned from a Rochester clinic and had been unconscious since last Saturday.

Three Men Hurt as Embankment Collapses at College Site
Three workers at the College Health building site were buried when a 12 foot embankment collapsed during basement excavation for a swimming pool. C. W.
