Bagwell Arrested in Bigamy Case Faces Injury En Route
Eugene W Bagwell was arrested Saturday in New York City office. Jon B Parker of 323 Nassau Street is indicted for bigamy in Ostwego Kansas. While escorted to police headquarters by detectives he fell from a car on Broadway dislocating his shoulder breaking a finger and sustaining two scalp wounds. He was hospitalized and remains a prisoner. Bagwell is son of Rev J J Bagwell of Ardmore Indian Territory and has served as secretary to Alton B Parker for two years.
