College student Ruth Dunn dies in Stratford crash
Miss Ruth Dunn East Central College student from Pauls Valley was killed Friday night when a car she rode in veered into a six foot ditch near Stratford. The driver Mrs Hynds was blinded by oncoming lights and could not see the ditch. Dudley Young Ada witness reported Dunn trapped beneath the car and died of a broken neck. Funeral services were held in Pauls Valley with East Central faculty and local pastors attending.
