Uel Bumpers said Burkharts had signed easements early, and only one non Burkhart easement remained at the Sandy Creek flood control site. The WEEKLY apologized to the Burkharts and the board.

Four Violators Face Traffic Charges Here
Four traffic violators faced charges in JP court of Wilbur P. Lee. The defendants include Junior Orbin Ross Ada Route 1 Elmer Glen Pinley Ada Route 2 Kelley Lee Richardson Ada and James W Kellogg Con nerville. Ross had no license after an Ada Stonewall accident and paid a $10 fine. Pinley tied to an Ada area crash November 7 faces failure to yield. Richardson, south of Ada, had no license. Kellogg, driving 70 mph, was seen south of Ada on SH 99 after dark November 16.
