Hog Producers Set Meeting Friday Night in Ada
Hog producers in Pontotoc and adjacent counties plan a meeting Friday night at the county courthouse in Ada to organize a Pontotoc and Coa County Livestock Association. About 300 feeder pigs have been pledged for the initial sale slated for next spring, with officers directors and sales committee to be elected and a first sale date determined. Reports from a Fayetteville feeder pig sale will be heard and attendance invited from all interested area producers.
