H Evans Pioneer Business Man Dies in Ada
H C Evans a pioneer hardware merchant of Ada died Sunday night after a long illness. Funeral services are set for Tuesday at 3 pm at First Baptist with Dr C C Morris officiating. Interment will be in Rosedale cemetery with I O O F honors. Evans located in Ada 24 years ago from Henrietta Texas and served as public works commissioner and alderman. He was active on the school board and in the Odd Fellow fraternity. He is survived by his widow and four children Don Harry Jr Mrs Josh Lee and Sarah Catherine Evans.
