Contributions to the Watershed Improvement Revolving Fund total 17 025 dollars not counting two banks pledging 1 500 each. Banks will adjust pledges if goal of 22 000 dollars is not met. Rhynes Quits Two Conservation Posts
Dr Willard H Rhynes resigns as soil conservation district supervisor and secretary treasurer of the Upper Clear Boggy Conservation District. In a May 11 1961 letter to C C Buxton he notes no reason or future plans. Walter Woolley of Fittstown named to replace him. Rhynes served since September 1956 and lived in Stonewall.
