Oklahoma City July 26 The state corporation commission granted Magnesia Petroleum Co. authority to transfer a permit for a carbon black plant in Pontotoc county to Charles Ewell Johnson and Co. The original permit was issued to Magnolia on December 8 1937 to build a plant using residue casing head gas from a gas oil plant in 21 2n 7e. Tony Papa of Bouterville becomes a father as his five pound girl arrives in Waynesboro Pa.
