U S Court Trials In Progress In Stonewall Case
The U S court convened Tuesday forenoon with a jury trial of an appealed condemnation suit filed by Mrs. W. E. Little of Stonewall against the M. E. & T. Ry. The jury remained deliberating when the afternoon session began with the Old Rich rape case, as jurors were unsuccessfully qualified. Only one juror was selected from the entire panel. Rich is accused of raping Mrs. Emily Latta about a year and a half ago.
