E C Wegener of Minco was chosen Oklahoma's 1974 Pork All-American at the Swine Breeders Banquet in Stillwater. The 32 year old farmer runs a 300 sow operation, emphasizes records and planning, and will represent Oklahoma at the American Pork Congress in Des Moines, Iowa, in March 1974. He and his wife Ann have two children and receive gifts and a $300 Shell Animal Health Division check to help with travel costs.
