Pheasant hunt slowed by snow and mud in Oklahoma

Game biologist Jack Miller said opening day brought limited success with fewer birds on Sunday as roads muddied and hunting uncertain. Official pledges speedy rollout of new Farm Credit lending plan
FCA Governor Jaenke said Congress approved the Farm Credit Act of 1971 will be implemented quickly. He outlined three regional conferences in Atlanta Kansas City and Denver to gather views and set regulations within 90 days of enactment.
