No More Bouquets at Wilson Sunday School

Wilson Sunday School members decided flowers would no longer be sent to sick or hospitalized members due to a depleted treasury. Floral offerings would continue for funerals. Five year old Janey Price heard the talks and declared, If I have to die to get your flowers, I don't want any.

Land Owners Urged to Sign Conservancy District Petitions

Petitions are circulating in Pontotoc and Garvin counties to form a Sandy Creek conservancy district. At least 25 percent of landowners must sign, not limited to members of the water and soil association.
