Ada Okla Dec 6 1909 the Ponitotoc County Board of County Commissioners met at the county clerk's office with GC W Floyd and J D Rinard present Adjourned to Dec 7 1909 Claims against the county were allowed with warrants drawn for payment including N L Penry Guy Long Wm Smith Quincy MecMillian Dascomb Daniels Lumber Co Sledge Lumber Co E P Meigs F Z Holley Robt Wimbish J W Beaty & Son and others plus road and bridge fund items and salaries. Affidavits of erroneous assessment were passed for refunds and a delinquent tax credit was ordered to Separate School Fund. The sheriff was to report all intoxicating liquors seized and revenue received before adjournment.
