Wednesday Sam Dobbs and Harley Hudson were given a preliminary hearing before Justice Brown on cattle theft. They allegedly drove eight dead belonging to a widow two miles north of the Canadian to Francis area and tried to sell them to a butcher. Deputy Sheriff Bob Duncan arrested them.
