Goodman backs Mar Lee bid as new leader contemplates role
Goodman described her site tour September 20 at Mar Lee, meeting kindergartners, staff, and librarians, and said the visit confirmed Mar Lee as her chosen place. She aims to engage with students in classrooms and sports while stressing staff wellbeing and self care. Leaders discussed listening and learning the superintendent role, balancing family and work, and expanding knowledge beyond principal duties as she seeks the top post.
