Marshall center reshapes lower level into arts and meeting space
The Franke Center in Marshall converts the building’s lower level into a multi use area with cabins for art displays by regional artists and space for small conventions. New cabinets, woodwork, a circular motif mantel, and updated lighting, heating, and sound systems enhance flexibility for visual arts and performances.
