Charitable Union launches winter coat drive in Battle Creek
The Charitable Union announces its annual winter coat drive to warm Michigan children. Last year nearly 10,000 items including coats, snow gear, and accessories were distributed through a mobile store at First Congregational Church. Volunteers seek donations at partner locations and the central Donation Center, with Coats for Kids events planned the week of Oct 21 and coats available in the Free Store from Nov 4.
