Marshall council weighs Oaklawn HCOD changes and delays
The Marshall City Council spent two and a half hours hearing 26 commenters and another 90 minutes debating Oaklawn Hospital Campus Overlay District, ultimately tabling the issue until December after voting on six amendments. Oaklawn President Ginger Williams criticized the plan for lacking a 20 year outlook, while neighborhood leader John Merucci welcomed some amendments reducing HCOD size amid overall confusion.
