Historic home on Division Street joins Marshall Home Tour
Beth Rayner’s 1870 Italianate on Division Street joins the Marshall Historic Home Tour after she bought the house in 2009. The home, once empty, was renovated by Marty and Lucy Overhiser, with a mural and restored floors and walls. Rayner recalls childhood visions of Homecoming on the famed staircase and notes the cupola’s lore about a Hulett boy who wrote stories there.
