Marshall City Council Sets Public Hearing for NIA on Golden Rule Site

City council met August 27 to consider a resolution of intent creating a Neighborhood Improvement Authority for the Oaklawn Golden Rule property. A public hearing is scheduled for October 1 to hear comment, with the NIA intended to begin December 3 and run up to 20 years, debt and project completion permitting.
