More than 60 residents attended the October 16 Marshall City Council meeting to hear information on the Medical Marijuana Ordinance. The public hearing addressed amendments aligning zoning language with the marijuana ordinance passed June 5, outlining allowed growing, processing, safety testing and transportation within city limits while prohibiting dispensaries.
The clinic fundraiser happens Sunday October 29 from 3 to 5 pm at Wilder Creek Conservation Club. Proceeds support Fountain Clinic dental programs. Pictured are Dr. Charles Palumbo Stephanie Kimball and Maria Miller. See story on page 2.
