Marshall City plans South Neighborhood Improvement Authority
The Marshall City Council unanimously approved moving forward with creating a South Neighborhood Improvement Authority district to expand housing options. A public hearing is scheduled for November 18, with construction possible as early as spring 2020 south of the Kalamazoo River and between South Kalamazoo and South Marshall Avenues.
