Marshall invites the public to The Black Cat's Meow a Girls Night Out event October 12 from 5 to 8 30 p m sponsored by the Marshall Retailers Group and MAEDA. Salons offer cat eye makeup and cat ear headbands available from 3 p m at various downtown and non downtown locations with discounts for headbands skeleton scavenger hunts run throughout October in participating shops with prizes and reminders to enjoy complimentary refreshments during the event.
