City to relax parking meter enforcement downtown
The Marshall City Council, prompted by the Downtown Development Authority, considered suspending meter and lot enforcement and sought alternative plans. The DDA proposed keeping meters but improving signage and directing visitors to free lots, while forming a parking committee to discuss broader changes.
