Albion voters approve annexation by Marshall district
Albion residents voted 1528 to 628 or 71 percent in favor of annexing to Marshall Public Schools. The move doubles MPS size and raises tax base by about 75 percent effective July 1. Superintendent Randy Davis says the district will implement the new model to access improved student opportunities.
