Katniss the Cat Seeks A Loving Family At HSSCM
Katniss, a sweet female calico born in April 2011, enjoys petting and occasional cuddles and would suit children eight and older. She bonds well with other cats, may adapt to a cat-friendly dog with slow introductions, and could be a wonderful addition to many homes. The Humane Society of South Central Michigan offers spayed and neutered pets, up-to-date vaccines, and microchips. Open hours are Tuesday to Friday noon to 6 pm and Saturday 11 am to 4 pm at 2500 Watkins Rd. Visit hsscm.org for adoption details and events. All members may attend the annual meeting on Tuesday May 28 at 6 pm to vote on officers: Chair Jennifer Aschenbrewer, Vice Chair Sarah Lincoln, Treasurer Steve Walman, Secretary Jenny Barnett. RSVP at 269-963-1796 ext. 13.
