April 1 Deadline for Sister City Travel Decision
Marshall residents face an April 1 deadline to sign up for the Marshall Koka City Japan Sister City travel program set October 26 through November 6, 2009. The visit includes Hikone Nagahami Castle Shigaraki pottery Miho Museum and four days in Koka City with host families.
