Tarkiewicz named interim city manager of Marshall
Tom Tarkiewicz 58, director of utilities and infrastructure, began as interim city manager after Chris Olson left for DeWitt. He aims to secure council budget approval, fill key posts, restructure departments, and launch a monthly Town Crier newsletter with utility bills while meeting one on one with council members to align expectations and explore a permanent role.
