City of Marshall maps construction projects for season
City of Marshall Public Services outlines water main upgrades road repairs and drainage improvements funded by bonds and grants. Projects include replacing mains on W Michigan Ave and N Marshall Ave upgrading storm sewers at key intersections and repaving Mansion St N Division St and North Mulberry and Union St. Construction schedules begin March through August with traffic detours and brief service shutdowns as needed.
