Wilder Creek Festival Marks 75 Years With Band Pavilion Event
The Wilder Creek Conservation Club celebrates its 75th anniversary on Saturday June 16 from 1 to 3 PM at 19833 D Drive South near the Eaton Proving Grounds. Local musicians from the Marshall Rotary Community Band perform in the Outdoor Education Pavilion led by Brooks Grantier with announcer Jim Dobbins, featuring a program of marches and ragtime tunes, followed by a free lunch and family activities. Visitors can hike four major trails, tour park features, enjoy crafts and buggy rides, and learn about the club’s recent pavilion and deck projects funded by Enbridge Energy and supporters.
