Marshall council tackles poultry rules and park gifts
Marshall City Council held a public hearing on changes to the Keeping of Poultry ordinance with residents arguing about costs and nuisance issues. The meeting approved a $21,599.50 playground addition for Shearman Park funded by a Chemical Bank gift, and heard plans for a Carver Park art fair and a new Crypt Keepers cemetery maintenance idea.
