Celeste Warlick has joined the Oaklawn Medical Group as a full time nurse practitioner. She sees outpatients in the Wright Medical Building offices of Dr. Thomas Farchone and Oaklawn Medical Group. Warlick, formerly of Hampton Virginia, brings RN and MSN credentials from UNMC and Old Dominion University and previously worked as care manager and RN at Windsor Meade in Williamsport.
