New owner finds love for Marshall in Cronin House restoration
Jeff Hamilton, a Florida real estate developer, bought the Cronin House in Marshall in 2016 after discovering it on Old House Dreams. He spent months restoring the historic property while falling in love with Marshall, its people, and its literary ties to John Bellairs. The house will feature in the Historic Home Tour on Sept 8-9, with movie premiere festivities Sept 20-23 and a red carpet reception Sept 21, as Hamilton aims to keep the home accessible to the community.
