Survived by husband Charles. children Cheryl Elshire, Iona Fry, Craig Fry, Cara Jimenez. four grandchildren. Memorials to United Methodist Church in Marshall.

Patricia Pat Gabriel Welmers 86 of Battle Creek died at Beadle Lake on Sunday July 2012 with family by her side. She was born August 27 1925 in Battle Creek to Edward and Claire Gabriel. She is survived by four sons and one daughter, a sister, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Russell Howard 87 Marshall resident dies after long career
Russell Howard, 87, of Marshall died July 8 2012 at home surrounded by family. Born December 11 1924 in Bardstown Kentucky he served in the U S Marine Corps during World War II and in Korea. He owned a construction company in Marshall for over 40 years and was a member of Cenvns Union United Marshall Moose Lodge 676. He is survived by Betty his wife of 65 years two children five grandchildren eight great grandchildren and a sister. A memorial service was held July 12 2012 at Craig K Kempf Funeral Home. Memorials may be sent to Cenvis Union United Methodist Church or Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
