Zarzuela hosts a July 20 morning fundraiser for Simon Peters son of Jim and Gretchen Peters of Marshall. Eight year old Simon has Pallister Killian syndrome requiring full care. Co sponsors include Richard and Martha Kane Knights of Columbus Council 5999 St. Mary Church. Proceeds cover home modifications to allow care at home. Breakfast menu includes pancakes eggs potatoes sausage fruit coffee and orange juice. Tickets 5 in advance 6 at the door. Raffle prizes include camping trips MIS Speedway tickets gift certificates and more. Donations welcome via Marshall Community Credit Union Simon's Assistance Fund.
UNION CITY The CHC Union City Medical Center will hold a sports physical clinic on July 31 from 1 to 5 p.m. Physicals cost 25 dollars and are not covered by insurance. Walk in only, no appointments.
