Neighborhood and Oaklawn plan alternate HCOD at hearing
Marshall Neighborhood Association and Oaklawn Hospital presented an alternate Hospital Campus Overlay District plan to the Planning Commission. The group sought changes removing specific streets from the HCOD and adding terracing rules while preserving most provisions. The commission continued the hearing to August 14 to allow staff to redraw the proposal.
