Marshall approves six year Capital Improvements Program
Marshall City Council on Jan 17 adopted a 6 year CIP totaling 6.8 million to guide future city needs from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2018. The plan ranks projects by priority. fire station renovation, city hall work, Riverwalk design, sidewalks and land acquisition are featured. Priority 2 and 3 items include Riverfront Park, Ketchum Park, and a Brooks Field runway project with varied funding from city, grants, and state sources.
